Return & Refund Policy
1. Customized Products
All customized photo products such as photo frames, mugs, albums, and other personalized items are specially made based on customer requests. Therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted once the order has been processed and produced, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders for customized products can only be canceled before production begins. Once the customization process has started, cancellations may not be possible.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Photography Services
Advance payments made for photography services such as wedding shoots, baby shoots, or event photography may not be refundable if the booking is canceled close to the scheduled date. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
