All photography sessions, including wedding shoots, baby shoots, event photography, and cinematic videography, must be booked in advance. Booking confirmation may require advance payment or deposit.

Full or partial payment may be required before the photography session or product delivery. Prices for services and customized products are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must inform us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a photoshoot. Refunds or rescheduling will be handled according to the studio’s policies.
5. Delivery of Photos & Videos
Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of photography service or project.
6. Customized Products
Customized photo products such as photo frames, mugs, albums, or other gift items are made based on customer-provided photos or designs. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Copyright & Usage
All photographs and videos captured by SR Photography remain the intellectual property of the studio. Clients may use the delivered images for personal purposes, but commercial use requires permission.
8. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that may harm the website or its services.
9. Limitation of Liability
SR Photography will make every effort to provide high-quality services but will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, weather conditions, or delays beyond our control.
